We guarantee satisfaction.  Bagnets contain specially formulated magnets that when in contact with commercial-grade metal form an extremely strong bond that holds the heaviest of items.  Bagnets may be small, but they are mighty.
If you find that your Bagnet does not secure your bag to commercial grade metal, return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. However, we are confident that not only will your Bagnet come to your rescue in sticky restroom situations, you will also discover that it proves useful as a bag hanger in many other situations. We are convinced that you will love your Bagnet so much you'll want one for every bag you carry.
Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to defects, within one year of purchase.  Please contact us at support@bagnetcompany.com for return and replacement support.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she or he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a postage paid label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

U.S. Shipping

After your payment is authorized and verified it can take up to 24-48 hours to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays. If ordering after 10am PST on a Friday, your order will likely ship the following Monday. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving shipping confirmation for your tracking details to update.

International Shipping

Orders shipped to the UK that contain 2 items are under the threshold for customs duties and taxes. Orders that contain more than 2 items will be subject to customs fees that are not included in the product or shipping cost. If purchasing more than 2 items, we recommend making separate purchases, the additional shipping fees are less expensive than the customs fees. Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Orders shipped to countries other than the U.S. are Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU). As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

Our Wholesale Agreement stipulates that our retailers not resell any goods via the internet, which includes but is not limited to, privately owned retail websites, ecommerce sites, and third-party online retailers such as Amazon and eBay.
